For a low cost of $59 per person per month, patients have access to unlimited office visits with our amazing Nurse Practitioner. You no longer have to shell out hundreds of dollars for an office visit on a high-deductible insurance plan. Our direct care plan covers nearly all primary care needs and treatments.

Our direct plan provides patients without insurance treatment for:

Direct care patients also get a complimentary once-annual comprehensive physical exam, which includes the following lab work:
